General conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale govern the website www.pellefirenzestore.com (hereinafter the “Site”). By accessing the Site, Users agree to accept and agree to abide by all of the terms contained in this statement. The Site reserves the right to ask Users who do not accept or intend to abide by these terms to refrain from using the website. Access to the Site and related services is intended for personal use only. Viewing the Site provides Customers with information about the products offered along with the possibility of purchasing them.

1. Requirements of customers

To place orders on the Site, Customers must:

Be at least 18 years old;
Possess the necessary qualifications to enter into legally binding contracts;
Have a valid e-mail address;
Accept the payment methods provided.

2. Replacement and return

The security tag on the items being returned must be neither cut nor broken. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Each item must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered for all purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way.

Returns may be requested for:

Size change
Defective merchandise and/or right to cancel/return

2.1 Defective/returned merchandise

It is important to communicate the return by phone or email before shipping and filling out the replacement/return form.

Pelle Firenze STORE reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective merchandise and be responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to its premises.

Pelle Firenze STORE reserves the right to establish a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set forth in our returns policy.

Pelle Firenze STORE reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns sent by couriers other than those agreed upon. Acceptance of such returns will still incur a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned merchandise.

For any reason, however, upon notice within 30 days of receipt of the goods you can return the product purchased, this eventuality is involves a cost of shipping to our warehouses that remains your responsibility. The restocking percentage withheld from the refund is 20%.

2.2 Refunds/Credits of other nature

Pelle Firenze STORE, for refunds or credits granted for a nature other than the return of goods, such as post-purchase discounts, promotions or other, reserves the right to make the refund in the form of purchase credit.

3. Order delivery

All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Pelle Firenze STORE and therefore agree to accept delivery of their package. If for any reason the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requires the return to the sender any shipping costs, charged to Pelle Firenze STORE, will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

4. Receipt of the goods

Upon arrival of the goods, Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. Pelle Firenze STORE packages are carefully packed in a clear plastic seal with Pelle FirenzeSTORE.COM tape placed around the package.

If for any reason, the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, Customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, Customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the appropriate local shipper’s office and contact Pelle Firenze STORE at: info@Pelle Firenzestore.com

If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned to the sender at the Customer’s expense. These amounts will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer by Pelle Firenze STORE.

5. Method of shipment and timing

Pelle Firenze STORE processes all its orders with the courier indicated at the time of the order. Before shipping, Pelle Firenze STORE reserves the right to wait for confirmation of the data requested in the post-sale email “payment method/shipping method/ind.shipment”.

On average, Pelle Firenze STORE will fulfill all its orders in 3 working days following the confirmation of payment/count/shipping address that Pelle Firenze STORE will request by email.

6. Online images

Pelle Firenze STORE disclaims any responsibility about the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or its malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the Site present slight differences from the original ones.

The images contained on the Site are the property of Pelle Firenze STORE. Any use of such images, not authorized by a written consent from Pelle Firenze STORE, will be prosecuted according to law.

7. Intellectual property

The content published on the Site, where not otherwise and explicitly indicated, is protected by current legislation on the protection of copyright, Law No. 633/1941 and subsequent amendments and additions. Reproduction in full on the Internet and in any other paper and/or digital medium without prior written authorization is prohibited.
